Nocturnal lava
Active lava flow on the south side of the island. Taken just after sundown, which made the view spectacular.
Late Nite Lava
Taken on the big island of Hawaii. An amazing scene after traipsing across a huge area of old lava deposits. New lava flows largely underneath the old (at least at the time we were there), and emerges onto a black sand beach.
